Blake Sanders, DO, FAAD
Dr. Sanders is a board certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He completed his residency training at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida where he was the chief resident. His program was one of the few in the United States with a dedicated inpatient dermatology service which cared for patients with life threatening skin conditions. He has extensive training in complicated medical dermatology, cutaneous surgery, dermoscopy and dermatopathology.
Dr. Sanders completed his undergraduate degree at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri where he graduated with honors. He holds a Masters of Science in Biomedical Science Policy and Advocacy from Georgetown University and a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Sanders resides in Mooresville, North Carolina with his wife Jane and their puppy Rusty. He is an active member of his church and in his spare time enjoys Olympic weight lifting and spending time with his family.
